Ethics by Design:
Fostering Ethical Culture in Organisations

An international conference and workshop, organised at the heart of City of London, by ICAEW AuditFutures in collaboration with Ethical Systems (based in NYU Stern School of Business) and hosted by University of Chicago Booth School of Business
When: 23 November 2016, 9am to 3:30pm
Where: Woolgate Exchange 25 Basinghall St, London EC2V 5HA

This interdisciplinary conference will engage leading international academics, business leaders and accounting professionals in a holistic discussion on the significant role of culture in organisations. This builds on our Future of Professional Services Firms research project and will address the underlying challenges and issues in organisations that shape their culture. Our approach is to explore in a systemic way the interdependencies of the different aspects of the firm: culture, governance, technology, services, structure, and people.

We are interested in exploring and contextualising this concept in order to bring out the complexities and challenges, so as to improve understanding and achieve greater impact on ethicality of individuals and actual practices in firms. Through participatory workshops, we will share insights from leading experts and will help to plan and implement practical steps on improving organisations.
